Kara Traders Limited is a Tanzanian supplier of hardware, power tools, building materials and related industrial products. Delivery timelines are estimates unless a fixed date is expressly confirmed in writing. Risk in goods passes to the buyer upon delivery to the agreed location or collection point, unless otherwise agreed. You are responsible for inspecting goods upon receipt and notifying us promptly of any visible damage or shortage.

Manufacturer warranties apply to eligible products as specified in product documentation. Kara Traders does not extend warranties beyond those provided by manufacturers unless expressly stated in writing. Returns and replacements are handled in accordance with our returns policy and applicable consumer protection law. Custom-ordered, cut-to-length or specially imported items may not be returnable unless defective or not as agreed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kara Traders shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of our website or supply of products, including loss of profit, project delay or business interruption.
